Llanrhaeadr Medical Surgery is facing closure following recent funding cuts, with Llanfyllin Group Practice having issued notice on Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant Medical Centre. This poses an immediate threat to local access to healthcare and raises serious longer term concerns for the sustainability of the wider Llanfyllin Group Practice.
