To consider a request from Councillor Allan regarding the governance of the recruitment process for the Permanent
Clerk role. Council is asked to consider the following motion:
- Is it appropriate that the Policy and Finance Committee conduct the recruitment process for the Permanent
Clerk role, given its current membership.

To consider whether to enter into the proposed Charter Market lease with Powys County Council.
