To confirm and approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting and Full Council Meeting held on 20 May 2026.

To receive updates on actions arising from previous Council meeting that are not otherwise included on the agenda.

To receive presentations from candidates seeking co-option to Llanfyllin Town Council, to consider applications received in accordance with the Council's Co-option Policy, and to appoint one candidate to fill the current casual vacancy.

Members should note that this item relates only to the vacancy currently available for co-option. Any future vacancies will be considered through separate co-option processes in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements and Council policy

To receive a report from the Mayor (and County Councillor)

To receive the Clerk's report and note any updates arising.

To receive updates from Councillors on activities undertaken on behalf of the Council and other relevant matters. Any items requiring a Council decision will be referred to a future agenda.

a) To approve the schedule of payments.
b) To confirm the bank reconciliation.
c) To review a grant application from Llanfyllin Music Festival.

To consider and approve the Council's annual accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026, the Annual Governance Statement and the Accounting Statements comprising the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) 2025/26, and to authorise the Chair and Clerk to sign the relevant documents on behalf of the Council.

To consider draft tender documentation for the Pride in Place Grant projects, including the Public Toilet Refurbishment

and Natural Play Area projects, and to approve the issue of tenders, subject to any amendments agreed by Council.

To consider the impact of objections raised by Natural Resources Wales to the proposed relocation of Llanfyllin Ambulance Station and to determine what support or representations the Town Council may provide in support of the relocation

To consider the Powys Teaching Health Board Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment consultation and agree any representations to be submitted on behalf of Llanfyllin Town Council.

To receive and consider recommendations and proposals relating to Public Amenities, including:
■ Establishment of a Play Park Working Group
■ Refurbishment or replacement of the Play Park bench
■ Installation of a gate at the Pump Track entrance
■ Provision of a bus shelter outside The Crosskeys
■ Establishment of a Cae Bodfach Management Plan Working Group.

To receive and consider recommendations and proposals relating to Events and Community Engagement, including:
■ Heart of Llanfyllin Awards and associated website showcase proposals.
■ Feedback from the 2026 St Myllin's Day event and arrangements for future planning.

To consider matters relating to Council governance, communication between meetings, member engagement and transparency, arising from correspondence received by the Council, and to determine whether any changes to existing practices or procedures are required.
