a) To review requests for two memorial benches, one in the Wetlands area – requested by Llanfyllin
Group Practice in remembrance of a colleague and the other on Cae Bodfach – requested by
Royal British Legion in remembrance of Martin Beddoes.
b) To consider a request to publish factual information about a hustings event being organised in
connection with the forthcoming Senedd Cymru elections.

To receive reports from Councillors

a) To consider a list of payments for approval; two Councillors to ratify and sign
b) To verify bank/accounts reconciliation for January 2026
c) To review bank mandate and online banking arrangements

a) To consider a request for Town Council support for a planning enforcement appeal.
b) To consider any planning notices.

a) To consider the current provision of council-owned bins, noting that a number are damaged and that
existing provision is insufficient, and to agree proposals for replacement and/or additional bins as
required.
b) To review current arrangements for the collection of dog waste and to consider a proposal to invite
tenders of a dog waste collection service.

a) To note that any litter picking currently undertaken within the town is carried out on a voluntary basis
and is not formally organised by the Council, and to consider options for improving litter
management within the town. This may include consideration of supporting or coordinating
volunteer-led activity, engagement with Keep Wales Tidy initiatives and support programmes, and/or
the option of contracting a litter picking service.

a) To review Councillor email communication and information flow and to consider practical measures
to support clear, timely and consistent communication between Councillors and officers.

To resolve, in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, that the press and
public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items, as they are likely to
involve information relating to identifiable individuals, potential legal matters, and staffing matters
(Schedule 12A, paragraphs 1, 2 and 3).
a) Social Media – Response to Vexatious or Damaging Comments - to consider the Council’s approach
to responding to vexatious or damaging comments made on social media.
b) Review Clerk position.
