Cllr Zarena Allan

As an active resident Zarena is a member of many local groups, including BRACE, Lonely Tree WI, Llanfyllin Film, Vivace Choir, Llanfyllin Market, Llanfyllin Repair Cafe and Porthywaen Silver Band. Often seen up & down the High Street she is readily available for forthright discussion on Town matters.  Zarena hopes to re-enfranchise our local government systems - enabling more residents to participate in the functioning of the Town Council and it’s decision-making process. Personal interests include continued management of the Cae Bodfach space as a naturally diverse habitat for residents & wildlife developing upon the ethos in place since its foundation in 2012 - this is a top priority for her alongside developing more footfall for local businesses and shops by promoting the Town and District as a community of Communities
